At BPET, we are focused on delivering our vision to Learn, Enjoy, Succeed through all we do. If you come to work in any of the BPET schools or the central team, we offer you a career and a growth path, not just a job.

Continued professional development is so important to us that we have invested in the enhancement of our training and collaboration programme, increasing the number of external facilitators and training organisations we are partnered with, as well as networking and collaboration opportunities.
Every year, we also organise the BPET Annual Conference bringing together staff across all schools with the aim to inspire, learn, share best practices, and work together on how to best deliver our vision.
